Prime Video’s latest YA drama Sterling Point kind of hit close to home. Every summer growing up, my family would pack up the minivan and head to a humble little cottage on a lake in Val-des-Monts, Québec. I remember cicadas buzzing on hot summer days, thunderstorms that would roll in over the lake and send us running inside for cover.
