6 shows I'm watching in February

At long last, my thoughts and feelings on Yellowstone (among others).

6. This Fool (Hulu)
My score: 68/100

This whimsical half-hour comedy follows Chris Estrada as Julio, who is just trying to help. He lives with his mom and grandmother while working at Hugs Not Thugs, a rehabilitation centre for the recently incarcerated. At its best, the show is whimsical and slightly surreal in tone. At times I wish it had given more space and development for some unexplored side characters, but I thought it was a lovely showcase for Estrada with some particularly laugh-worthy scenes from Michael Imperioli. I’m curious to see how the series will continue in its second season (it has been renewed).

Is it gay? Nothing showing up on my gaydar for this one.
